Self-paced courses use a variety of content types including HTML lessons, videos, and interactive elements like SCORM. Errors related to accessing lesson content can be caused by several factors including network or server issues.
Here are a few steps you can take to resolve an issue accessing lesson content:
- Confirm your internet connection is stable
- Refresh your web browser (for example, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari) and/or make sure your web browser is updated to the latest version
- Close and relaunch your web browser

- If the lesson content successfully loads in the new window, this is an indicator that a browser extension could be preventing the content from loading
- Attempt to load the lesson at home (if you are at work, or vice versa)
- If the lesson content successfully loads in the new window, this is an indicator that a network setting could be preventing the content from loading
