Can I save my application for later?
The application process consists of three stages, allowing you to complete each stage at your own pace. This flexibility ensures that you can carefully craft and review your application before submitting it. The interview for pre-selected candidates has a specific time and date, and you will receive a calendar invite with all the details once it's scheduled.
Is there a deadline for completing all three steps of the application process?
Please be aware your application will be considered only if all three steps are completed by August 23rd. We believe in maintaining fairness and equal opportunities for all applicants, and therefore, we cannot make exceptions that would potentially compromise the integrity of the program or disadvantage other participants. Thank you for your understanding.
I have missed the deadline. Can you make an exception?
To make it fair for everyone, we are unable to make exceptions for missed deadlines.
Can I update my application after I submit it? 
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your application, it is not possible to make changes.It is advisable to thoroughly review and double-check your application before submitting it to ensure accuracy and completeness. Take your time to carefully review each section and ensure that all the information provided is accurate and aligned with your qualifications and goals.
Can I send my application in another language? 
Only applications submitted in English are accepted. The program requires all application materials, including written documents, to be in English. This ensures consistency and fairness in the evaluation process and allows for effective communication and understanding among all applicants and program evaluators. Therefore, it is essential to submit your application in English to be considered for the program.
Can I apply if I don’t meet all the eligibility criteria? 

 

To be considered for the program, it is necessary to meet all the minimum requirements specified. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, it is recommended to focus on meeting the requirements before applying. This way, you can maximize your chances of being accepted into the program and fully participate in the opportunities it offers.
Will I receive a confirmation email that my application was submitted?

As soon as you submit your application, a confirmation message will appear to acknowledge that your application has been successfully submitted. However, please note that you will not receive a separate confirmation email. After submission, the next update will be provided once we receive responses from the three references and ensured your video was successfully shared. At that point, our team will review your application to confirm its completeness and process with the reviewing stage.

What is the selection process like? 
The selection process is typically a comprehensive evaluation that takes into account various factors.The evaluation is conducted by a dedicated team who carefully review each application to determine the most suitable candidates. After the review, candidates will be pre-selected and invited to attend an interview, which is also a crucial step of the selection process. Rest assured that every application is thoroughly assessed, and decisions are made based on the merits of each individual applicant. The selection process aims to identify those who best align with the program's goals.
Can I submit more than one application?  

We advise all applicants to submit only one application for the program.

Can I apply if I am a LinkedIn employee? 

The program is designed to provide opportunities for individuals outside of LinkedIn to enhance their skills and expertise in B2B marketing and LinkedIn Advertising campaigns.

Do factors like demographic details, age, or ethnicity influence the selection process?

No, demographic factors such as age, ethnicity, or other personal characteristics do not play a part in the selection process. We adhere to principles of fairness, equal opportunity, and non-discrimination. Each application is evaluated based on its own merits, without any bias towards or against specific demographics. Our goal is to select candidates who best meet the criteria and have the potential to contribute positively to the program.

Can the video prompt be longer than 2 min?

No, the video should not exceed a duration of 2 minutes. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time limit to ensure fairness and consistency for all applicants. Keeping the video within the specified duration allows us to evaluate applications effectively and provide equal opportunity to all participants

When will I know the date of the interview?

We will be scheduling the interviews with pre-selected candidates as the applications are submitted, completed with all the necessary information and carefully reviewed.

How can I prepare for the interview? 

When scheduling the interview, we will send pre-selected candidates all the instructions and information they need to get ready. Until then, candidates don't have to do anything to get ready for the interview.

Are all applicants going to be notified?

Successful candidates who have been selected will receive an email notification on the 2nd of September, informing them of their acceptance into the program. Even though all candidates will receive a notification regarding their application status please note that due to the volume of applications and resource constraints, it will not be feasible to provide individual feedback to applicants who were not selected.

Where will the final results going to be announced?

The final results of the program will be announced on the 4th of September. The announcement will be made through the official channels of the program, which may include email notifications to the selected applicants and updates on the program's website or Certified Marketing Insiders' LinkedIn group.

When will the next round of applications open? 

The next opportunity to apply for our program is scheduled to open once a year. While the specific dates may vary, we ensure to announce the opening of applications well in advance, allowing interested individuals ample time to prepare and submit their applications within the designated timeframe.

When does the program start and how long does it last?

The program is scheduled to start in September and will last for a duration of 90 days. During this periods, participants will engage in various activities, learning opportunities, and networking experiences to enhance their skills in LinkedIn Advertising campaigns and B2B marketing.

In what language will the workshops be delivered?

Due to the networking nature of the Certified Marketing Experts Program and global reach, all workshops will be delivered in English.

How will my privacy and personal data be protected during the application process?

We understand and respect your privacy concerns regarding the application process. We want to assure you that privacy and data protection are of utmost importance to us. Any personal information and data collected during the application process will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy. The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and selecting candidates for the program. A LinkedIn representative may contact you to verify authenticity but you will not be contacted for marketing or any other purposes.

Can I request the deletion of my personal information?

Certainly! We respect your rights regarding your personal data. If, at any point, you wish to have your information deleted from our records and your application withdrawn, please email us at marketingexperts@linkedin.com We will respond to your request within 10 business days and ensure that your application information is permanently removed from our systems. Please note that deleting your information may affect your eligibility for the program, as it will prevent us from evaluating your application.
