About this video

Video transcript

Once your campaign is live, Campaign Manager is where you'll track your Event Ad performance.

Start in the Advertise tab on the left panel.

To access event-specific metrics, go to Columns and select "Events" from the dropdown.

Use the Breakdown dropdown to access "Event Stage" for stage-by-stage performance. If you ran a single campaign, you’ll see performance combined across all stages.

If you created separate campaigns for each stage, you can review results for pre-event, during-event, and post-event activity individually.

While the dashboard shows total Event Registrations by default, you can customize the columns to also show Click Registrations for members who clicked the ad and registered, and View Registrations for members who saw the ad and registered later.

The Events view also shows leads, average event watch time, and event views.

You can also track cost per event view, average watch time for different durations like 15 seconds, 30 seconds, and 2 minutes, plus cost per view for those same durations.

During and after the live broadcast, focus on video views.

Use the Column dropdown to select "Video".

After the event ends, additional metrics become available, including view percentages like 25, 50, and 75%, which show how long people stayed with the content.

This stage-by-stage reporting is specific to Event Ads.

It gives you a clearer picture of how your promotion performed before, during, and after the event.
