So let's talk a little bit about some of the most common challenges and how you can fix them.

One is we often see unverified or inactive API statuses.

This usually means that the setup is incomplete or your partner platform isn't sending data yet.

The fix: log in to your partner platform and check for expired access tokens, excessive filters, API throttling.

Then we've seen low match rates due to poor data quality.

If your data isn’t complete or messy like missing email addresses, incorrect formatting, LinkedIn can't match it to member profiles.

The fix: prioritize work emails, use ISO country codes, scrub your data for typos, special characters, and empty fields.

Three, we've seen campaigns not properly associated.

If conversions aren't being attributed, it might be because the campaigns weren't linked correctly or they've gone inactive.

The fix: double check the campaigns are still active, ensure they align with the conversion category and revisit step two if needed.

Then we've seen conversion windows being too narrow.

The short window might miss long lifecycle conversions, especially in B2B.

The fix for that: use a wider window 90 to 365 days for high consideration actions like demo requests or purchases.

And then, misaligned attribution models where you choose the wrong attribution model and this can skew performance insights.

The fix for that: use "Last Touch - Each campaign" to credit all campaigns that contributed to the conversion journey.

Only use other models if you have very specific reasons.

So these are the most common issues we see and the good news is they're all fixable.

If you're not seeing the results you expect this slide is your troubleshooting checklist.
